State-of-the-Art PCB Prototype Assembly Equipment
Qualitel Express has invested more than $1 million in the latest manufacturing equipment, which reflects our commitment to quick-turn PCB prototype assembly.
Our dedicated PCB prototype assembly line includes highly flexible SMT placement systems with quick-change Agilis feeders, a solder jet-printer, 12-zone reflow oven, 3D X-ray, 2D solder paste inspection and AOI inspection. The facility also includes selective soldering systems to support mixed technologies.
Built-in redundancy keeps your project on schedule
Our parent, Qualitel, has NPI and production lines with identical equipment. This redundancy provides back-up should any line go down. It also guarantees a smooth transfer of quick-turn PCB assemblies from prototype to NPI and then to production at Qualitel.
MY600 Jet Printer Speeds Prototypes
Qualitel Express has one unique piece of equipment that cost-effectively speeds up prototyping: a Mycronic MY600 solder paste jet printer that applies the paste directly from the board files without the time delay and expense of ordering stencils. With jet-printing, only the exact amount of paste is applied to the pads – whether a BGA, fine-pitched or larger part – and the application is perfect every time.
